For every good purchased, our team will do a quality check on the product before we ship it out. However, if you happened to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, kindly inform us in 14 days upon receipt and we will take action almost instantly. Keep calm, all costs of resending or returning for problem orders are borne by us.

We will ship out your parcel from Malaysia within 1 - 2 working days (exc. Sat, Sun and public holidays) upon receipt of your orders under normal operation standard. Courier delivery is estimated to further take another 2 - 4 days. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified via email.

Everyday we work hard to pack your order in the most protected way while minimise the size of the parcel (lower shipping cost). All products come with standard packaging. We do not spend too much efforts in packaging if it means to increase your buying price and shipping fee. For gift buyer, we highly recommend you to receive your order first and then repack it again as a gift. Alternately, you may select from our gift ready collection.

You see it, you like it, you want it, you get it, but… you change your mind? You can return it.

You can return any item purchased, which are in original condition, unused and have not been altered, within 14 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging too. We charge $9 for change of mind return per order, so total refund = item price paid - discount applied - $9. We will assign a courier to collect the item/s from you and process your refund within 48 hours upon receipt of your returned item/s.

Problem orders such as damaged, defective or incorrect items in your order, all costs of resending and returning are borne by us.

So that we can keep our cost low and maintain our low price for you.

When will I receive my order?

3 - 5 working days (exc. Sat, Sun and public holidays).

We will ship out your order within 1 - 2 working days, and courier delivery is estimated to further take another 2 - 4 days. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified via email.

Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed. Current estimated time of arrival is about 5 - 7 working days after order.  


Can you provide an exact delivery date?

No, we can only give you an estimated delivery time based on historical information provided by our courier partners.

When will I receive the tracking number?

When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Do I need to sign upon delivery for standard shipping delivery?

A signature is required upon arrival so to make sure it is delivered.

The tracking status is “delivered”, but I have not received, what should I do?

First, check with your concierge or reception in case the parcel has been delivered to them. Still no luck? Email us with your tracking number and order number and we’ll sort it out.

What do I do if I change my mind and want to return my purchase?

You can inform us via email, live chat or WhatsApp. We will let you know what happens next.

How much will be refunded for my change of mind return?

Return fee = $9 per order
Total refund = item price paid - discount applied - $9

For example, Dolphin bought 5 plant pots at $9.90 each in one order, item price paid ($9.90 x 5) + delivery $4.99 = total amount paid $54.49.

Dolphin returned 4 plant pots.

Total refund $30.6 = item price paid ($9.90 x 4) - discount applied $0 - S$9

Notes: There will be no refund for problem orders, as we will resend a new item to you.

Why do you charge S$9 for change of mind return?

There are costs for us to collect the item/s from you and process your refund. These costs are not included in our pricing, so that we can keep our price honest.

What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?

We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse.

However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please inform us via email, live chat or WhatsApp. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:

1. Your order number
2. What’s wrong? Let us know what the problem is
3. Pictures of the item(s)

I can’t add to cart the quantity I want to buy. What can I do?

Probably because the quantity you try to add to cart is more than what we have in our warehouse. Please email us to let us know, we will inform you the next restocking date.

How often will you restock an sold out item?

We try to restock as often as we can to avoid disappointment, usually 3 – 7 days. Please email us so we can notify you immediately once it is restocked.

However, some items are discontinued and will not be restocked anymore after sold out.

NOTICE: There will be low stock level in March 2020 due to our warehouse relocation. Many items are now having low stock level. Please come back again in April 2020 if anything you want is currently sold out.

Can I amend/ cancel my order after the order is placed?

If you have just made an order, please send us an email as soon as possible and we’ll try to modify your order. We could not modify any order which has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Where is your location in Singapore? Can I self collect?

We are based in Malaysia currently. To cut our operating cost and maintain our low price, we store and ship directly to Singapore from our warehouse in Malaysia.

Therefore, self-collection in Singapore is not possible for the time being.
